AC Schnitzer always does a fab job on tuning BMWs and it’s done so once again by taking a 5-Series and subtly modifying it.

The German tuner has a host of exterior and interior tweaks for the saloon such as new side skirts, a custom front spoiler and splitter, a bespoke rear diffuser and a subtle rear lip spoiler (the wagon gets a natty roof spoiler — both body styles can have carbon fibre wing mirror caps fitted) while the cabin features new velour floor mats and a set of aluminium pedals.

Performance upgrades are only available for two 5-Series variants, the 540i and the 530d; the former’s 3.0-litre inline six goes from 340 horses to 400 while the latter produces 315 horses — that’s 50 more than stock.

This is a job well done by legendary Bimmer tuner.
