1. POSTERS www.unique-limited.com sells gorgeous automotive posters and it’s currently got a Ford collection out (amongst many others as well), celebrating the GT40’s historic win at Le Mans 50 years ago. These limited, framed posters start from Dh165 but can go up to thousands of dollars and you can order them in dimensions to fill an entire wall.

2. McLAREN P1 You can imagine our excitement upon receiving a press release about a new P1 convertible with a central driving position and all-electric drive, but it turns out it’s a child’s toy with a 5kph top speed available from McLaren dealers from Dh1,780.

3. CAR ART Richard Pietruska makes some pretty incredible automotive art when he isn’t busy as a professor at the famous Art Center College of Design in Pasadena where former graduates include Chris Bangle, Gordon Buehrig, Chip Foose, Henrik Fisker, J Mays, Larry Shinoda and even Indian designer Dilip Chhabria of DC Design. You can buy Pietruska’s art from www.rpmart.com.

4. DRIVING SHOES Piloti’s new Campione driving shoe range starts from Dh1,835 at www.piloti.com — the shoes come in brown, brown suede, or black leather with classic brogue stitching so you can wear them to a wedding and then a track night.
