As if it wasn’t special enough, Pagani revealed a special edition Huayra called the Dinastia two years ago and it was destined for the Chinese market. Now, we’ve been treated to images of the gorgeous hypercar - kitted out in purple carbon fibre. And we can’t stop drooling.
Three models are heading to China each with a bespoke livery and this one sure has snapped us out of our midday slumber. Featuring a series of aero tweaks along with the wild colour, this Huarya also comes with the optional Tempesta package fitted as standard. And that’s not all; it rides on lighter 20in front and 21in rear aero-grade aluminium wheels in a gold finish - just to give the Pagani a little extra visual impact, you know, in case you thought it needed more... With a 6.0-litre Mercedes-AMG sourced V12 producing 730 horsepower, you probably wouldn’t even see it.
The cabin features turquoise coloured seats, door panels and centre console. Wow indeed. Whoever commissioned this one sure wanted to stand out from the crowd. Here's a look at a few others that have wowed us before:
1: Lamborghini Sesto Elemento
This OTT Lambo looked like a fighter jet – and had the go to match the show! The V10 made 570 horsepower, but since this one was almost entirely made out of carbon fibre, it could hit 100kph from rest in just 2.5 seconds.
2: Koenigsegg Trevita
Many described this as a “diamond on wheels”. Why? Because it was made up of millions of silvery white diamonds infused inside the visible carbon fibre weave bodywork. Good enough reason for us…
3: Bugatti Veyron Jean Bugatti Edition
This one honoured Jean Bugatti - the company founder's son and creator of the Type 57SC Atlantic. Only three of these beauties were made.
4: Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR Roadster
Even though the 'regular' CLK-GTR was crazy enough, by chopping off the roof to make this Roadster, this one took the madness to the next level…
5: Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio
This retro-futuristic two-seater was based on the achingly gorgeous 1967 Dino Berlinetta. It was designed to put a smile on your face out on the track…
