Ram has so far done a good job keeping its next generation 1500 from prying eyes. But this week, our spy photographer was able to get photos of the truck, virtually undisguised, thanks to a strong wind in Michigan blowing the cover off it, literally.

In the photos, you can see the slightly streamlined grille, new headlights, a more chiseled bonnet, and a generally sharper design overall. The rear looks relatively plainer with not much drama around the taillights. In some of the photos, a prominent 5.7 Hemi badge is visible, so there are no surprises as to what the flagship engine is going to be. But also expect a 3.6-litre V6 in the lower spec variants, possibly turbocharged.
