Who wouldn’t want the new F8 Tributo? You can definitely put us down for one - but the previous 488 Pista was more hardcore. However, there’s room for improvement according to Novitec — the tuner with a soft spot for the Prancing Horse brand — and, they haven’t disappointed.
They have poked and prodded the Pista’s 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 and taken it from a huge 710 horses and 770Nm of torque to a colossal 802 and 898 respectively! It can hit 0-100kph in just 2.7 seconds and has a new top speed of 345kph. Along with an engine remap, a new exhaust system has been fitted to get the extra power.
Just as impressive as the new performance figures is the fact that the Bavarian tuner hasn’t ruined the exotic’s exterior with a garish wing — they’ve discreetly updated the Italian supercar’s appearance with a subtle body kit featuring exposed carbon fibre parts and a new set of 22in forged alloys. They have also smoked the side indicators, reflectors, and third brake light for a more sinister look as well, as they typically do, while a full range of cabin customization options are also offered. We like what we see!
