The mighty Nissan Patrol, one of the UAE’s favourite SUVs, has been given a refresh for 2019 to help keep it at the top of its game.
Nissan Middle East unveiled the latest updates to the large family hauler which include two bold new colours added to the line-up, along with exterior accessories that are exclusive to the UAE.
The all-terrain Patrol combines luxurious style and intelligent mobility features, with robust off-road power — and its popularity is growing in the UAE with a year-on-year increase in sales of 110 per cent recorded for the first quarter of Nissan Middle East’s financial year (April – June 2018). The MY19 Patrol can now be had in Hermosa Blue and Forged Copper Brown while the exterior gets newly-designed front and rear diffusers that are complemented by distinctive grey side fenders. The rear has been enhanced with an optional new tow hitch cover and gleaming exhaust tip. Premium roof rails have also been introduced along with a new metallic-slate KAD roof for a distinguished and premium look. The sequential side indicators, integrated into the car’s wing mirrors, also ensure a distinctive appearance.
Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director Nissan Middle East said: “The Nissan Patrol has become a key part of UAE culture, as demonstrated by the highly encouraging year-on-year sales increase. Whether navigating city streets or venturing off-road, the Patrol is a car that perfectly balances a distinctively stylish design with power and practicality. The new enhancements to the range, combined with the exciting and innovative Intelligent Mobility Technologies, present in all aspects of the car, will only add to its iconic reputation.”
It is available at Nissan dealers across the UAE starting from Dh181,000 (inclusive of 5 per cent VAT).
